A group of thugs and outlaws who abandoned whatever duty they had in the war and made their homes in the hills and crags around Deadrock Pass. They terrorize and rob anyone who tries to make the journey through the narrow pass.
Marshal Cullen revealed the bandits were once Insurgent defectors who tried to join the ECA, thinking they’d get an easier time of it. Corrigan ordered them to the front line immediately after, but they balked at the prospect and fled. When they found Deadrock Pass, they realized they could turn the road into a lucrative criminal venture.
