Kang's Captains is one of the enemies in Outriders.

Utterly loyal to their commander, Kang's Captain once enforced Scurlock's regime over the enclave, while holding off incursions by some of the largest creatures of the forest. With that regime in ruins, they now lead Kang's fighters into battle. Wielding Altered-like abilities, they are the only ones among Kang's army who can hope to match up against the Outrider. Each Kang's Captain brings a different set of abilities, weapons, and armor into battle, suited to their unique fighting style.
