The Marshal's Complex is an Expedition. It was introduced in the New Horizon update. It requires Challenge Tier 4 to enter and costs Drop Pod Resources to attempt.

The Insurgents had been allowed to run rampant in this abandoned facility near Deadrock Pass. That is, until Corrigan decided to retake it - or rather, demand you retake it - after a drop pod fell into their hands.
Corrigan wants you to clear out an old facility near Deadrock Pass. His men have failed to even get close before getting picked off by Insurgents. There's a drop pod inside he wants, but there's likely more to the facility than Corrigan's letting on.
