Tool of Destruction is a skill in Outriders
Summary[]
Press skill to equip a rocket launcher, capable of dealing high damage and Interrupts (4 Ammo).
Hold skill to equip a Minigun capable of dealing sustained damage (160 Ammo).
Skill ends when ammo is depleted or on weapon swap.
Relevant Mods[]
- Feedback: Reduces the skills cooldown by 50%.
- Fortify: Activate Minigun grants X Armor bonus.
- Massacre: Each enemy killed with the Minigun gives X Anomaly Power bonus for 10 seconds. Stacks up 3 times.
- Untouchable: Active Minigun grants 20% Resistance bonus.
- Upgraded Gun: Active Minigun grants 30% Resistance Piercing bonus.
- Bang for your Buck: Activating the skill grants a 100% base ammo increase for the selected tool.
- Demolition Man: Each rocket deals X more damage.
- Portable Armory: You can fire 1 additional rockets.
- Rocket Man: You can shoot 3 additional rockets.
- Special Delivery: Increase the rockets' explosion radius by 33%.
Relevant Set Bonus[]
- Grim Inventor Set: While Tool Of Destruction is active, a confirmed hit with Pain Launcher refills 40% ammunition for both Minigun and the RPG. This only happens once for each Tool of Destruction usage.

Rebalancing - June 10, 2021
- The RPG summoned by Tool of Destruction has had its base damage increased by 66% (From 0.75 to 1.25 base damage at level 1)
- The RPG summoned by Tools of Destruction has had its Falloff reduced / Minimum Range increased by 50% (From 200 to 300)
