He is the leader of the Ferals and is responsible for the deaths of multiple organisms, including Jakub Dąbrowski.

Grand Warlord of the Ferals
A towering creature that appears to lead the Ferals. The Ferals do not seem to be entirely mindless beasts, like the rest of the monsters encountered on Enoch, and their Warlord stands the most cunning among them, evident by the trap he laid for you and your crew.
Yagak abducted your companions and killed Jakub Dąbrowski, You were able to defeat him, but he fled before you could finish him off.
Encountering the Warlord of these creatures in the desert for the second time suggests he is tracking you. Seeing him standing next to an Anomaly, you were not sure if the Warlord was praying to the storm, or conjuring it.
Yagak and his army attacked the Caravel as Abraham Zahedi was trying to call down the Flores' pods. You went out to meet the Grand Warlord in combat.
The sheer rage and Anomaly energy coursing through Yagak reached its zenith when you battled him. You defeated the Grand Warlord, and forced his remaining Ferals to flee.
A portentous vision of Channa's led you deeper into the desert, following reports of hordes of Ferals congregating near the permanent Anomaly storm that has occupied the horizon. There, you found a Reborn Yagak, the leader of the Ferals resurrected by some manipulation of the Anomaly only the Ferals appear to be capable of. More twisted, more grotesque, more deadly than ever, a result of a ritual conducted by the Ferals to resurrect their Warlord.
Yagak was suddenly able to speak English and tried to communicate with you, perhaps a glimpse into the Pax he once was. You may never know any of this for certain, as you have finally killed the Grand Warlord and left the Ferals leaderless.
